Here is my card —
I started this card with a standard size piece of Neenah Solar White card stock with the fold on top. I also cut some masking paper to the same size. I die cut the triangle dies from the Sizzix Banners Framelits to accommodate the sketch. After die-cutting, I stuck the masking paper on the front of the card. I stamped the Hero Arts Tiny Flags background stamp with Versamark ink and and heat embossed it with white embossing powder from American Crafts. I removed the mask and added a new mask using the Post It tape to mask each triangle. I blended some Distress Inks in 2 colors for each triangle. For the first triangle, I used Mustard Seed and Peacock Feathers. For the second, I used Salty Ocean and Seedless Preserves. For the third triangle, I used Spiced Marmalade and Picked Raspberries.
After blending the colors, I stamped a birthday sentiment from the It’s Your Day set by Hero Arts in black pigment ink by ColorBox. Then I heat embossed it with clear embossing powder to give it some shine and dimension. To finish the card. I trimmed a little on the edges making it smaller than a standard size card and I also added some enamel dots from My Mind’s Eye.
That’s it for this card.
